Our planned prototype

We have decided to go with this model as we feel that it can be easily made and is workable.

 This is our list of materials:

1. 2 litres plastic bottle
2. 2 500 ml bottles
3. Black spray paint
4. Aluminium foil
5. Sticky tape

Start of our planning!

We have begun to plan for our prototype. We are thinking of making our solar water container by using a plastic bottle and some aluminium foil. The materials are all recyclable. Royston said that we need to shape the aluminium foil into a box by using the reflective surface to direct the sunlight to the bottle. We feel that this is a good idea. Even so, we are still unsure of whether to leave the bottle upright in the box or if there is a better idea to this. We will continue to plan nevertheless.
